What is on it

The text, images, research summaries and case studies here are published for information. They describe work we have done and a product we sell; they are not advice, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance or a guarantee of any particular result. Case studies describe what happened for one organization, which is not a promise of what will happen for another.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either, and we may change or remove anything on it at any time.
